Please collect a blank card from our store and fill in the details on this form. After 24 hours, start to collect your rewards!

By completing our application form and using the card you accept the following terms and conditions:

The card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions unless they are specified as being part of Miss Coffee’s Loyalty Card scheme.
The card must be presented before placing order to collect points.
Loyalty card points can be collected on fresh drinks and foods (10%) and pre-packaged noodle/snacks/bottle drinks (5%).
Each point is equivalent to £0.01.
Loyalty points can only be redeemed after collecting over 500 points.
Points cannot be exchanged for cash.
We reserve the right to exclude certain products lines from the Loyalty Card scheme.
The Miss Coffee Loyalty Card remains the property of Miss Coffee.
If your card is damaged, lost or stolen or someone makes unauthorised use of it we may, at our sole discretion, replace your card at a cost of £1.00 and/or transfer any existing points to a replacement card.
Miss Coffee reserves the right to amend or withdraw the card and/or scheme without any prior notification.
Information will be held on our database but will not be accessible to any other third parties in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
